I have had the privilege of serving the Lansing, IL community at Hugh Smith State Farm Insurance since 2014. I enjoy being involved and building relationships within my community which makes providing insurance for my good neighbors an important task. I am licensed in Illinois and Indiana, so I am also able to service our community in the state next door! We serve the South Suburban and Chicagoland area: Lansing, Chicago Heights, Calumet, Richton Park, Glenwood, Lynwood, Sauk Village, South Holland, Thornton, and Homewood, IL. As well as, Munster, Highland, Griffith, and Hammond, IN.

My team of licensed agents is also dedicated to providing excellent customer service and insurance to our community. Our bi-lingual team, speaking Spanish and English offers, Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters and Condo Insurance. My team appreciates the opportunity to assist both Indiana and Illinois with Small Business, Life, Health, and Flood Insurance. I graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Management. I went on to attain my MBA in Finance at Saint Xavier University in Chicago. I am a father of three beautiful children, who when I am not at the State Farm office, I am spending time with. I was born and raised in Harvey, Illinois, so I am happy to serve my community.
